He has worked at Bridgepoint for over 14 years, executing a range of transactions, including a number of Public to Private and serial ‘buy and build’ investments. Previous transactions include Lumison\Blue Square, BAS, Hydrex, Longville, Aktrion, Mentmore PLC and Safestore PLC. Prior to joining Bridgepoint Alan worked for Arthur Andersen in their Corporate Finance team. He has a BCom in finance and is a qualified ACA.
