Eurogestion provides pest control and hygiene services. It has built on its ranking as France’s leading provider of pest control services, to successively achieve number-one positions in Australia, Belgium, Romania and Hungary as well as strong positions in Switzerland, Singapore and Malaysia. The company is headquartered in Paris and employs 1,750 people.
We adopted a two-fold strategy to double the size of the company within five years: 1) by improving the group’s profitability in France where its dominant position could be better exploited and 2) by capitalising on the fragmentation in the industry. In May 2001, Eurogestion acquired Libco, the Italian market leader in pest control.
In April 2002, Eurogestion was sold to ISS, the quoted Danish facility services group for €155 million.
