OyezStraker is the UK’s leading independent distributor of office supplies. Their offering now also encompasses services while their aim is to provide a single source for all their clients’ office needs and so maximise efficiency.
In June 2004 we acquired OyezStraker for £80 million in a secondary buy-out from Bridgepoint Capital. During our period of ownership OyezStraker delivered strong sales and earnings growth, both organically and from four bolt-on acquisitions.
The business was sold to AAC in April 2007.
