Charles is a Partner with responsibility for Bridgepoint’s General Counsel. He joined the Firm in 2008 and is based in London.
He is responsible for Bridgepoint's legal functions, and works closely with deal teams on all transactions across Europe.
Before joining Bridgepoint, Charles worked at Travers Smith where he became a partner in 1995, subsequently leading its private equity group for over 10 years.
Charles has a degree in Law from Exeter University and is a member of the Law Society.
