Stephen is a Director within Bridgepoint Development Capital in London with responsibility for its investments in the Healthcare and Life Science sector. He joined the team in 2007.
Stephen has worked on a number of transactions, spanning a range of sectors, including BDC's investments in The Dining Club Group, Quotient Clinical, Phlexglobal, Solhaga, MVF, Inspired Thinking Group, Memnon Networks, Shimtech Industries and Beck & Pollitzer.
Prior to Bridgepoint Stephen worked at Deloitte within its M&A division where he advised on mid market buy-outs, principally in the healthcare sector.
Stephen is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Natal, South Africa.
