Our main focus is on buy-outs and growth capital
investments, typically in businesses valued between
€20 million and €150 million where we have proven
abilities having completed over 50 transactions in this size
range in the last ten years including cross-border bolt-on
acquisitions. And our understanding of the dynamics of particular
sector gives managers, vendors and their intermediaries the
confidence that a business can succeed under our ownership.
