Shane sits on the Boards of Ansel, Beck & Pollitzer, ILG and Merlin Claims.   Prior to joining Hermes Private Equity in 2003 Shane worked at Morgan Grenfell Private Equity (MGPE) where he spent five years and was involved in several successful European mid market buy-outs.  Shane spent two years in M&A with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell in London and CIBC Wood Gundy in Toronto before joining MGPE in 1998. Shane holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College (USA).
