Catherine is Head of Transactions within the Tax team and joined Bridgepoint in 2017 following two earlier secondments, initially beginning in 2013.

Catherine specialises in M&A tax and works with Bridgepoint’s investment teams and advisers on acquisitions, refinancings, restructures and divestments across all Bridgepoint PE Fund platforms. Catherine also works on wider Bridgepoint group tax matters as well as providing support to portfolio groups with ad-hoc tax queries.

Catherine holds a BSc (Honours) from Durham University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.
