The Inspired Thinking Group (“Team ITG”) is a technology-led, multichannel marketing activation business helping medium to large corporates create, manage and deliver their marketing campaigns.
Established in 2009, Team ITG provides a range of services from strategy, creative and creative production, through to delivery, performance marketing, TV, film and photography. It does this via its proprietary Software-as-a-Service product, CanopyCloud, and related services, helping clients to simplify and efficiently execute their marketing efforts across multiple channels, geographies and customer types. This enables it to deliver fast, agile marketing partnerships becoming the 'go-to' solution for many major corporations, including some of the world's most recognisable brands: GSK, Jaguar Land Rover, Heineken, PUMA, Currys and many more.
Bridgepoint’s original investment in the business was via Bridgepoint Development Capital (‘BDC’) in 2014. BDC sold their stake to Equistone in 2017 for an undisclosed sum.
Bridgepoint Europe re-acquired a majority stake in the company in 2022 and will continue to support the existing management deliver the next phase in Team ITG’s development. This will focus on the global expansion with their cloud-based marketing technology and marketing services.
