He currently sits on the boards of Anaveo and Group CIR, having been involved in BDC investment in those assets as well as a number of bolt-on acquisitions since then.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Bertrand was a Partner of Edmond de Rothschild Capital Partners where he was involved in a range of midmarket buyouts and subsequent exits, for nine years. He had previously worked for Lazard for five years within their M&A team.
He is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) Business School.
