He raised financing to assist with the acquisitions of Zenith, Miller Homes & Safety Technology Holdings and Vermaat, as well as numerous refinancings across the portfolio.
Prior to this, Kit was responsible for the Capital Markets activities for Arle/Candover for eight years.
He spent his early career in leveraged finance at Barclays and in the banking team at 3i.
Kit has a degree in Mathematics from Cambridge University.
