Ross started his career with Procter & Gamble in marketing before joining Bain & Company as a consultant. Following Bain, Ross held a number of operational roles in Private Equity portfolio companies before joining Argos as eCommerce Director and then moving on to become a Managing Director at Debenhams plc with responsibility for c£2.5bn turnover across retail and eCommerce in the UK and Ireland.
Ross has a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Imperial College London.
