Prior to joining EQT in 2018, she worked at Banco Santander where she was Executive Director and Head of the Loan Sales team with pan-European responsibility. Prior to this she worked at HSH Nordbank and Natixis in London within the Loan Syndication division.
Suzana holds a MA in Philology, Managerial Economics and Psychology with honours from the University of Hamburg and an MA in European Business from ESCP Europe.
