Oris Dental to partner with BDC to support further growth

Oris Dental Holding AS (“Oris Dental” or the “Company”), a leading Norwegian dental care provider with a nationwide portfolio of dental clinics and laboratories, will partner with Bridgepoint Development Capital to further support the Company’s growth plans.

Established in 2016 and headquartered in Trondheim, Oris Dental is a leading dental care provider with 25 dental clinics and 4 dental laboratories across Norway. Bridgepoint Development Capital will acquire a majority shareholding in Oris Dental and provide capital and support to allow the Company to expand and realise its ambitious growth plans.

The value of the transaction is not disclosed. The transaction is subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority.
