Compagnie Stéphanoise de Santé (C2S) operates polyclinics that offer both general as well as specialist medicine and surgery.

C2S’s strategy is based on having a strong regional presence and local market leadership, a governance model that favours close involvement of practitioners in management and a selective ‘buy and build’ strategy to consolidate its regional position. Two strategic acquisitions were made and five clinics added to its portfolio during the investment period during which time C2S delivered strong revenue and profitability growth.
