The company focuses on sustainable developments on the edge of urban or suburban areas, typically within 45 minutes of the nearest largest town or city and is recognised for providing outstanding levels of customer service. It operates in a sector where there are significant growth opportunities as the requirement for housing outweighs supply and so addresses the current structural shortage of an estimated one million homes in the UK.
