Through the programme, we're building diversity from the ground up. The programme is designed to ensure that 50% of all our Associate-level hires are female, and to encourage all other forms of diversity, too. In 2018, one in five of our investment team were women. A year later, the programme’s initial target of 25% female representation in the investment team was met. Bridgepoint is currently working towards a target of 40% women in the team by 2025.
