Ben is Bridgepoint’s Legal Director and joined the Firm in 2013.

He leads the legal team’s support of investment activities, capital raising and broader corporate topics. He also works closely with Bridgepoint’s Luxembourg team and sits on the board of Bridgepoint’s Luxembourg fund manager.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Ben worked at Travers Smith where he was a member of their private equity team.

Ben has a degree in law from the University of Durham and is a qualified solicitor. He is a member of the BVCA’s Legal Committee and is a trustee of the Bridgepoint Charitable Trust.
