Carole is Head of Sustainability and joined Bridgepoint in 2022.

She was previously Chief Sustainability & CSR Officer at IKEA France then within JCDecaux Group and Sanofi Consumers Healthcare. She also worked at Danone as Brands CSR and carbon footprint manager leading the sustainability agenda for all brand portfolios.

She has been a member of the board of Burger King France since 2021.

Carole holds a Master's degree in Sustainability Strategy from UVSQ University, an International Trade Master's from ESG Management School and a Master's from Sorbonne University in Humanities & Social Sciences.
