Mark is Head of Financing & Structuring within Bridgepoint Credit. He joined the Firm from EQT Credit, which was acquired by Bridgepoint in 2020.

Prior to joining EQT in 2017, he worked on the Securitisation desk at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was involved in the analytics and execution of structured credit products (TRS/CLO). Following this, he moved to the Private Debt and Direct Lending Corporate Services Group.
