Michael is Chair of BDC and Bridgepoint Growth. He joined Bridgepoint in 1996 and has deep UK and international transaction and managerial experience. His current Board roles include Reassured and MVF. 

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Michael worked at Natwest Markets for seven years, gaining broad experience in the capital markets, investment banking and acquisition finance divisions.

He is an Economics graduate from the University of York.
