Paul is an Advisory Partner within Bridgepoint Credit and joined the Firm in 2020 from EQT Credit which was acquired by Bridgepoint in 2020.

Prior to Bridgepoint, he joined EQT in 2008 and was Chief Investment Offices and a founding member of EQT Credit. Before that, Paul worked at Citigroup and was latterly part of the senior management team of the Leveraged Finance Group. He was involved in leading major European restructurings at Citigroup and was also responsible for setting up an Asian restructuring business during the Asian financial crisis of 1997-1998. He has structured and underwritten many LBO financings for most of the larger private equity sponsors.

Paul holds a BSc in Civil Engineering with honours from Manchester University and an MBA from Bradford University.
