In January 2022 the FCG Group was sold to IK Partners for an undisclosed sum.

This investment was made by Bridgepoint Development Capital.

FCG is the leading Nordic specialist service provider of Governance, Risk and Compliance (‘GRC’) services, offering consultancy services, outsourcing and fund administration. It has operations in Stockholm, Malmö, Copenhagen and Oslo.

Under new ownership it is continuing to consolidate its position in the financial sector as well as in new geographies, either organically or by selective acquisition.
