Established in 1979, LOC is an international professional services firm which operates from 30 offices across six continents. It is a top three global provider of marine warranty surveys (MWS), required for the transport and installation of offshore capital equipment and is the market leader in marine casualty consultancy for Protection & Indemnity (P&I) insurance clients in high-profile incident and dispute cases.

The oil & gas MWS market is expected to grow at 15% per annum, especially in emerging markets where LOC has a strong and growing presence. Moreover, LOC’s markets in the oil & gas sector generally are expected to exhibit strong growth as the number of new offshore platforms increase.
