Memnon Networks is the market leading transport management system provider in the Nordic region

In February 2016 the company was sold to funds managed by Vitruvian Partners for an undisclosed sum.

This investment was made by Bridgepoint Development Capital.

Through its proprietary software, offered as a SaaS solution, the company simplifies the connection between over 150,000 shippers of goods with over 150 transport companies using a web-based, flexible Electronic Data Interchange-connection. This enables parties to exchange automated, reliable and accurate information, simplifying the transport administration process for users.

This was an opportunity to partner with a high quality management team to acquire a market leading SaaS provider with significant organic growth potential, in current markets as well as outside the Nordic region. The acquisition was a primary buyout and was acquired in a proprietary, off-market process.
