ERM provides advice across a range of health & safety, risk management and social issues related to environmental concerns. 3,300 professionals serve a multinational client base in over 40 countries. The company has five business streams: Contaminated Site Management, Performance, Assurances & Risk Management, Impact Assessment and Planning, Transaction Services and, Sustainability & Climate Change.

As a result of its market position and reputation, ERM has been ideally placed to benefit from long term structural market growth driven by a combination of increasing legislation, improving environmental corporate governance and greater public awareness and concern about the environment.

Under Bridgepoint ownership, both revenues and profits at the company increased by over 50% as the firm deepened its concentration on core markets such as oil and gas, natural resources and power whilst also broadening its focus on higher growth markets in the Asia Pacific region.
