Formerly Capula Healthcare, Oasis Medical Solutions (OMS) provides Patient Administration Software (PAS) as its core product, which is sold to acute hospitals along with specialist modules to the PAS, covering radiology, sexual health and mental health. In addition to NHS business, OMS provides systems to the public/private Independent Sector Treatment Centres and to charitable healthcare providers.

In 2006, the company sold its energy and utilities division to Dunedin Capital Partners.
