The second largest independent private hospital group in France


Médipôle was sold in 2016 to French private hospital operator Elsan for an undisclosed sum.

Created by the merger of Médipôle Sud Santé with Médi-Partenaires in June 2014, Médipôle Partenaires is the second largest independent private hospital group in France, employing c. 9,000 people.

The group now operates 63 healthcare facilities with 6,300 beds in France’s most demographically attractive regions, covering the patient’s full ‘care pathway’ including pre and post-operative care. Since 2011 the group completed 11 acquisitions.
