Tunstall provides telecare (remote care alarms) and telehealth (remote vital signs monitoring) solutions.

When it was acquired by Bridgepoint, it was combined with the telecare division of Attendo Group, the Nordic market leader in the operation of elderly care homes and services that Bridgepoint had acquired in February 2005.

Already familiar with the sector through its investment in Attendo, Bridgepoint was attracted by Tunstall’s strong revenue and profit growth track record, favourable long-term demographics across Europe and an impressive management team capable of exploiting and developing growth markets.
