Web Financial Group is headquartered in Spain and has a strong presence in Europe, North America and Latin America. It has more than 170 clients including banks, asset managers and digital media companies.

The company provides two product offerings: software & data which is used by banks and asset managers to run content-rich websites; and a media business managing one of the largest networks of finance-focused websites in Europe.

Bridgepoint is investing in the business to support its drive into the US market and to build its fast-growing business in Europe.

The investment in Web Financial is made by Bridgepoint Growth, a UK-focused growth fund targeting fast-growing businesses.
